While most watching thought Green was deserving of a Flagrant 1, crew chief Kane Fitzgerald and the other officials spoke to the replay review center and felt otherwise. According to the ruling, Green also made contact with Clarke's face before pulling him down, resulting in the ejection.
Green had a great reaction when he was informed that he had been ejected.
Green's NBA peers were incredulous after he was given a Flagrant 2 and it's a safe bet that the Warriors' star himself will have something to say after Game 1 concludes.
