Draymond Green always is brutally honest, and after a rough performance in Game 3 of the NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday – in which the Warriors lost 116-100 to fall behind two-games-to-one – Green told it like it was.
When asked how he thought he played, Green didn’t hesitate to describe his stat line of two points, three assists and four rebounds.
“Like s--t,” Green said to reporters. "I just think I never found a rhythm, really on both ends of the floor. Not enough force. But just got to find a rhythm quicker."
Green continued when asked to elaborate on what disappointed him the most.
“I was soft,” Green said. “That’s what was most disappointing to me, for us.”

Golden State Warriors
Green wasn’t the sole reason why the Warriors couldn’t keep up with the Celtics at TD Garden, but he will need to do better than his Game 3 performance for Golden State to come back in the series.
And Green would probably be the first person to admit that.
