Draymond Green is bringing a shiny piece of hardware back to the Bay Area after Team USA held off France, 87-82, in the Gold Medal game at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics on Saturday in Japan.
It is Green's second gold medal after he won one in 2016 at the Rio Olympic games.

SIGN UP HERE The Warriors forward didn't score in the win, but he did grab two rebounds, dish out five assists and had two steals. He was a plus-four in 16 minutes of action at the Saitama Super Arena.
It was Green's former Warriors teammate, Kevin Durant, who led the way for Team USA with a game-high 29 points in the win. Durant was a man on a mission from the very beginning. He scored 21 points in the first half, setting the tone for the Americans.
Oakland native and Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard scored 11 points in just over 26 minutes of action.

Green will celebrate with his teammates before returning home where he'll get a short break before the Warriors begin training camp in September.
The 2020-21 NBA season didn't go the way Green wanted, but he achieved his summer goal of winning another gold medal. He'll look to carry the positive energy over into the 2021-22 NBA season, with the Warriors hoping to return to title contention.
