Draymond appears to laugh at Gobert after Wolves turnover

Draymond Green didn't hide his feelings late in the Warriors' 137-114 rout of the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday at Target Center.

Minnesota, trailing by double digits for the final three quarters after Golden State opened with a 47-point first, trimmed the Warriors' lead down to 10 points with 5:31 to play.

But the Timberwolves had no answer for the Warriors' furious run after coach Steve Kerr called a timeout. Rudy Gobert, Minnesota's prized offseason acquisition, coughed up the basketball and tried to swat it towards a teammate, only for Klay Thompson to scoop it up and drain a game-sealing 3-pointer on the other end.

Take a closer look, however, and it appears Green laughed at Gobert while the 7-foot-1 big man tumbled to the ground. Andre Iguodala also joined in on the fun from the bench.

There is a long history of beef between Green and Gobert.

Both players are fantastic defensively and have the hardware to prove it. Gobert is a three-time Defensive Player of the Year, winning the award in 2018, '19 and '21. Green has one DPOY to his name, claimed in the 2016-17 NBA season.

Last season, Green trolled Gobert on the TNT broadcast of the All-Star selection show, saying the big man "cried on national television" when he wasn't named to the annual event in 2018-19. He also refuted the same broadcast crew comparing him to Gobert later that month.

The Warriors improved to 11-10 with their second road victory of the season and edged the Timberwolves (10-10) in the Western Conference standings.

Both teams have had their trials this season, but on Sunday afternoon in Minneapolis, it was Green and the Warriors getting the last laugh.
