Clippers head coach Doc Rivers has had his share of tiffs with the Warriors in the past, but that doesn't mean he can't appreciate the rival organization's superstar talent.
In a roundtable debate on the NBA's greatest players of all time on Monday, Rivers said the following about reigning MVP Stephen Curry:
"It's tough for me to rank guys now because I always say, 'Let them finish their careers.' But if you go with where he is right now and the way he's playing, he's going to be in the top 5 or so."

SIGN UP HERE Rivers also spoke fondly of how Curry is revolutionizing the game of basketball.
"What he's doing has never been done before. The shots he's taking and making, the way he's passing -- and for me, it's prettier to watch than Michael (Jordan)."

Bucks head coach Jason Kidd and Heat All-Star Chris Bosh -- two other participants in the discussion -- were more conservative with their projections for Curry, saying that the sharpshooter would finish in the top 30.

NBA Hall of Famer and Knicks great Walt Frazier was the most hesitant of the group to place Curry among the league's historical elite, citing a lack of defensive excellence.
"He's going to be a bona fide player but when you look at him on defense -- come on man. Everything is offense. When I total greatness, I total everything."
Curry has led Golden State to a tie for the best record in NBA history through 50 games (46-4) with averages of 29.8 points, 6.5 assists and 5.3 rebounds.
The Warriors host the Rockets Tuesday night at Oracle Arena.
