Stephen Curry started off Thursday night missing his first four attempts from beyond the arc against the Clippers. Once he finally swished one in on his fifth try of the night, Curry made more NBA history.
With 2:37 remaining in the second quarter, Curry sunk a step-back 3-pointer from 25 feet out with JJ Reddick guarding him, giving the Warriors a 53-44 lead. The trey was Curry's 200th made from downtown on the season.

While hitting the historic feat in five straight seasons, Curry joins Ray Allen as the only two with five seasons of 200 or more made 3-pointers. Allen ended his 18-year career with five such seasons, while Curry is in the midst of his eighth season in the NBA.
Curry is currently 12th on the all-time 3-point list with 1,795 made from long range. He finished with three 3-pointers as part of his 29 points in the Warriors' 133-120 win over the Clippers.
Next up on the list is Kobe Bryant (1,827). Allen is the all-time leader with 2,973 made 3-point field goal attempts.
