The Warriors possess the rights to the Minnesota Timberwolves' top-three protected first-round pick in next month's NBA draft.
And because the T-Wolves finished with the sixth-worst record in the league, there is a 9.62 percent chance the selection lands at No. 4 overall.
So if Tuesday's NBA draft lottery results in the Warriors snagging the fourth overall selection, who should they take?

"If you're talking about NBA ready -- it's Jalen Suggs all the way," draft analyst Chad Ford said this week on the Locked on Warriors podcast with Wes Goldberg. "He could play both backcourt positions behind Steph [Curry] and Klay Thompson.
"I think he's a no-brainer for them if he is there at four."
Yours truly couldn't agree more.
Suggs was sensational during his freshman season at Gonzaga, averaging 14.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.9 steals, while shooting 50.3 percent from the field.
He shot below 34 percent from deep, but went 7-for-10 against Iowa and drilled a couple big 3s in the West Coast Conference Tournament championship game.
And he has the ability to be a great defender in the NBA.
But again -- the Warriors have a less than 10 percent chance of getting the fourth pick. And even if they do, Suggs could go in the top three or the front office could trade the asset altogether.
Fortunately, the lottery is just days away so we will have some answers soon.
