Cavs rule Kevin Love out for Game 7 against Celtics

LeBron James may have to do it all in Game 7 against the Celtics on Sunday in Boston.

All-Star forward Kevin Love was ruled out for the deciding game of the Eastern Conference Finals after experiencing concussion-like symptoms. He has officially been placed in the league's concussion protocol.

Love suffered the injury midway through the first quarter of Game 6 on Friday night when he collided with Jayson Tatum. Love walked to the locker room on his own power, but did not return to the game. He played just five minutes and did not score.
