The Warriors after Tuesday night's lottery enter the pre-draft process with the No. 7 and No. 14 overall picks in the 2021 NBA Draft.
And there absolutely is a possibility that Golden State elects to trade one or both selections.
But according to ESPN's Bobby Marks, you should not expect the Warriors to strike a specific deal that enables them to move up several spots.

"The top five is loaded -- franchise-level type talent here," Marks said Wednesday morning on 95.7 The Game's "The Morning Roast" show. "There is a little bit of a drop off to when you get to where Golden State is.
"Do I think seven and 14 can get you into the top four? I don't."
To be clear, Marks specifically mentioned those two assets within the context of the Warriors falling short of landing the No. 4 pick via the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The conversation did not include discussions about packaging the picks with James Wiseman or Andrew Wiggins in the effort to acquire an established All-Star caliber player and/or an even better slot in this year's draft.

Marks simply was voicing his opinion on the value of No. 7 and No. 14 together in regards to trading up.
And besides, it's very possible that the Warriors have no interest in doing that anyways.
We will get some answers when we get closer to the July 29 draft.
