Talk about adding injury to insult.
Late in the Kings' season-opening 124-95 loss to the Suns on Wednesday night, De'Aaron Fox and Buddy Hield both got banged up and had to leave the game.
Hield rolled his left ankle with just over four minutes remaining in regulation. He limped to the bench and did not return to the game.

"My ankle is sore, but I'm going to play regardless," Hield told reporters in Phoenix. "My ankle is sore, but I'm going to hoop, man. It's what I do."
A little while later, Fox banged knees with Suns' big man Deandre Ayton. When he was removed from the game, the Kings' trainers wrapped Fox's left knee with ice.
Coach Luke Walton told the media in Phoenix that he would get an update on both players from the training staff on Thursday.
Fresh off signing a new four-year contract extension, Hield couldn't be stopped in the first half as he dropped in 22 points. But he added just six points in the second half.
