It took eight games, but Mike Yastrzemski is finally on the board at Oracle Park.
With the Giants leading the Brewers 3-2 in the bottom of the seventh inning on Friday night, the Giants rookie outfielder pinch-hit and clubbed his first homer at 24 Willie Mays Plaza.
Yastrzemski's second career homer, a two-run shot, extended the Giants' lead to 5-2.
With that homer, Yastrzemski is now slashing .228/.297/.386.
