The Giants got off to a great start in their final exhibition tune-up Tuesday night.
After Tyler Rodgers put the visiting A's down in order in the top half of the first inning, Mike Yastrzemski led off the bottom half with a solo shot to right field.

Yep, that was a loud one.
Yastrzemski arguably was the brightest spot in an otherwise dark season for the Giants last year, coming out of nowhere to bat .272 and smash 21 home runs.
If that swing is any indication, last season wasn't an aberration.

Not to be outdone, Alex Dickerson led off the bottom of the second with an impressive opposite-field bomb.
Power has never been Dickerson's problem. He hit .290 with six home runs and 13 doubles across 155 at-bats with San Francisco last season. If he can stay healthy, look out.
