Mike Tauchman sure does have a knack for the big moment.
Mired in a 2-for-22 slump, Tauchman came up huge for the Giants in eighth inning of Tuesday's game at the Texas Rangers. With two outs and the bases loaded, Tauchman smacked a four-seam fastball into the right-field bleachers to give San Francisco a 6-4 lead.

This, as you'll recall, wasn't the first time Tauchman made a momentous play in the late stages of a Giants game. His game-saving catch at the wall against the rival Los Angeles Dodgers on May 11 probably remains the biggest play of San Francisco's surprising season thus far.
Of course, if the Giants build some momentum off Tauchman's grand slam and carry it through their six-game road trip, his catch might have some competition.
