The Giants absolutely owned the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday night, and Wikipedia agrees. Well, at least someone who edited the Rockies' Wikipedia page.
The Rockies' principal owners were listed as the San Francisco Giants on Wednesday, and their manager was edited from Bud Black to Giants outfielder Alex Dickerson.
Even the Rockies poked fun at themselves Tuesday night after the Giants beat them, 23-5, at Coors Field. The Giants totaled 27 hits and scored a run every inning except for the ninth, ironically when the Rockies used catcher Drew Butera on the mound.
It was a historic night for San Francisco, especially for Dickerson, who hit three home runs on the night. He became the first Giant ever to have five extra-base hits in one game. His night put him in line with legends like Willie Mays and Willie McCovey, which is pretty good company to be a part of.

Dickerson obviously wasn't the only Giant to dominate at the plate, too. Every single Giants starter had a hit, and the only two to go hitless off the bench were Steven Duggar and Darin Ruf. OK, back to the good news.

Dickerson, Donovan Solano and Brandon Crawford became the first trio in MLB history to each have at least six RBI in a single game. This was a Giants game for the record books, and one to forget for the Rockies.
We all could use a good laugh or two (or 30) right now, though.
