Barry Bonds now is looking at Randy Arozarena's tail lights.
The Tampa Bay Rays outfielder clubbed his ninth homer of the 2020 MLB playoffs during Game 4 of the 2020 World Series on Saturday, setting the record for most long balls in a single postseason.
The 25-year-old hit his eighth postseason homer Friday night, tying him with Bonds, Texas Rangers slugger Nelson Cruz and Houston Astros outfielder Carlos Beltran for the most ever in one year.

Now, the breakout star stands alone. His record-breaking shot came off Los Angeles Dodgers starter Julio Urias in the bottom of the fourth inning, and cut the Dodgers' lead to 2-1.
Bonds' eight homers in 2002 helped lead the Giants to the World Series, which they lost to the then-Anaheim Angels in seven games. During those 17 playoff games that year, Bonds slashed a ridiculous .356/.581/.978 with eight homers, 16 RBI, 27 walks and just six strikeouts.

Arozarena hopes his team can bring home the World Series title, unlike Bonds did. But the Rays have a daunting task against the Dodgers, who lead the series two games to one entering Saturday's game.
The good news for Bonds is that Arozarena has a long way to go to catch him in all-time regular-season homers. The youngster currently has eight career homers in 42 games. Bonds is the undisputed home run king with 762 career long balls.
