Giants closer Sergio Romo is usually on the receiving end of ceremonial first pitches at AT&T park.
But tonight he'll be doing the throwing, or rather the dropping of the ceremonial first puck at the Cow Palace as the San Francisco Bulls take on the Stockton Thunder.
Earlier today, Romo retweeted the Bulls initial tweet advertising the event:
That is correct! :pRT @sfbulls: SFBulls hosting @stocktonthunder tonight at 7:15 at Cow Palace @SergioRomo dropping 1st puck tl.gdjurpdb Sergio Romo (@SergioRomo54) November 9, 2012
Fans are being encouraged by the Bulls organization to wear orange--a team color that both the Giants and the Bulls share--to show support for both San Francisco teams.

The Bulls return home for the first time in nearly a month, not having played on home ice since their opening weekend when they went 1-1 against the Bakersfield Condors.
Tonight they open a short homestand during which they will be playing five of their next six games at the Cow Palace after going 1-6-0-2 on their nine game road trip.
