Report: Giants re-sign lefty reliever to minor league deal

The Giants appear to be bringing back veteran left-handed reliever Matt Reynolds.

The 32-year-old has reportedly signed a minor league deal with the Giants, according to ESPN's Jerry Crasnick.

Reynolds will be a non-roster invitee to spring training.

The Giants originally signed Reynolds in late June, and in eight appearances, he allowed seven hits and five earned runs in six innings.

Prior to joining the Giants, Reynolds made 213 appearances over five seasons with Colorado and Arizona. Including his time with the Giants, Reynolds has a career 3.80 ERA in 221 games.
