Buster Posey recently posted a video of himself squatting and catching balls as part of his rehab work in Arizona to a video-sharing website.
"What an incredible game last night! Great for baseball," Posey posted along with the video, referring to the Cardinals' comeback win over the Rangers. "Ive been working hard in my rehab program and making strides each day. Here is a video clip of me catching a bullpen session yesterday."
