Pache's incredible catch to rob Suzuki is A's highlight in loss

Cristian Pache continues to play incredible defense in center field.

The A's 23-year-old phenom added to his growing list of highlight-reel plays in the bottom of the third inning of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Angels by robbing Angels catcher Kurt Suzuki at the wall at Angel Stadium.

It's unclear if it would have been a home run or not, but it was close, as the ball appeared to be heading toward the very top of the center-field wall. Pache's catch kept it a two-run game, though the A's couldn't solve Angels starter Patrick Sandoval and eventually lost 4-1.

After being acquired from the Atlanta Braves in the Matt Olson trade last offseason, Pache quickly has established himself as a fan favorite in Oakland. Defensive plays like that certainly will help.
