MLB draft tracker 2019: First-round pick updates as they happen live

It's MLB draft day!

The Giants own the No. 10 pick and the A's own the No. 29 pick in the 2019 MLB Draft, which begins at 4 p.m. PT on MLB Network and streaming live on MLB.com.

San Francisco is going through a tough season, owning a record of just 24-34 and selected outfielder Hunter Bishop, who will be tasked with helping president of baseball operations Farhan Zaidi's rebuild.

The A's (29-30), meanwhile, have had a streaky season and hope that their first-round pick, Logan Davidson out of Clemson, will help replace the potential they lost when 2018 first-round pick Kyler Murray chose football over baseball.
