In 2012, Angel Pagan hit .288 with eight home runs and 56 RBI. He stole 29 bases and registered a league-leading 15 triples.
The Giants rewarded him with a 4-year, $40 million contract extension.
Pagan is now entering the final year of that deal, and while some people in the baseball world believe he should move to left field permanently, Giants broadcaster Duane Kuiper doesn't see it that way.

"If he's healthy and the Giants sign a left fielder, I think they can live with what Pagan does in center field," Kuiper said on KNBR 680-AM on Tuesday morning. "I think he's gonna have his moments where you're gonna shake your head, but I think you can live with that if he's healthy and he's being productive offensively."
Pagan was limited to 71 games in 2013 and 96 games in 2014.
Over 102 games from April 6 to Aug. 9 last year, Pagan hit .258 with zero home runs and 26 RBI, while stealing only six bases.
On Aug. 11, he was placed on the DL with right patella tendinitis and admitted, "I will benefit a lot from some time. I was trying to battle and wasn't helping much."

Pagan said the injury robbed him of an ability to fully use his legs in his swing.
He returned to the lineup on Sept. 1 and hit .274 with three home runs and stole six bases over his final 31 appearances.
On Oct. 5, Giants GM Bobby Evans revealed that Pagan would undergo a "clean up" procedure on his right knee.
Spring training will dictate where Pagan is physically as he enters an all-important contract year.
"I really believe that you have to see how he's moving around and how he looks and how he is health-wise," Kuiper explained. "If he's fine, he's an offensive force. He really is. He can make that lineup pretty, pretty strong."
