The Giants restructured their roster Wednesday at the MLB trade deadline, but are making just one change to their lineup the next day.
Stephen Vogt will replace Buster Posey behind the dish and bat fourth for Giants manager Bruce Bochy. Vogt is enjoying a great season as a spot starter and bench bat thus far for the Giants.
Through 59 games, Vogt is batting .279 with five home runs and an .899 OPS. He's been just as vital in the clubhouse, too, with the Giants doing a celebration in his honor on big hits.
