Heliot Ramos and Shaun Anderson could one day be future teammates in San Francisco. On Sunday, they were foes in Washington, D.C.
The two Giants prospects squared off against each other in the seventh inning of the All-Star Futures Game and Ramos came out with future bragging rights.
On a 1-0 count, Ramos rocketed a line drive single off Anderson into center field. The liner came one batter after Anderson gave up a solo shot to Dodgers prospect Yusniel Diaz, his second home run of the day, to tie the game at 6-6.
