West starting in 2013.Departing Astros owner Drayton McLane confirmed to reporters that Houston will indeed be switching leagues, as has been speculated for weeks.The next Astros owner, Jim Crane, received a 50 million discount on the purchase of the team because of the move, which he was told was a prerequisite to the approval of the sale, according to the Associated Press.The move from the N.L.
